Doubting the atheists

January 14, 2012 § Leave a comment

I have no objections against atheists. What I do have a problem with is that today’s new atheists say things that they claim is scientifically based, but that is not or that even couldn’t be scientifically based. Atheism (and materialism) is a worldview, among others. It has no special status and it is not superior to or more intellectually honest than a theistic worldview.

By chance I found a video of a lecture by Keith Ward. What a revelation. It is rare to hear such a sharp intellectual, and he’s funny and British!

Enjoy!
